C. Morgan Babst at Garden District Book Shop

Garden District Book Shop hosts C. Morgan Babst to celebrate the launch of her book The Floating World at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, at their storefront (2727 Prytania Street).

The Floating World tells the story of the Boisdorés, a Creole family whose roots stretch back nearly to the foundation of New Orleans, as they attempt to reassemble their lives following Hurricane Katrina.
