BRETT MARTIN is the author of “Difficult Men: Behind the Scenes of a Creative Revolution” and of the forthcoming “Fuck You, Eat This.” He is a correspondent and lead food critic for GQ magazine and a two-time James Beard Award winner. His work has appeared on This American Life and in the New Yorker, Vanity Fair, the New York Times, and many others.
Anti-social butterfly and runner-up for the 2016 Academy of American Poets Prize, JAE NICHELLE is a young poet and spoken word artist at Tulane University in New Orleans. She was a member of 2017 Slam New Orleans and is the captain and founder of Tulane University’s Slam Poetry team: Rhyme Verses Rhythm. Her work has been featured in Vinyl, Freezeray Poetry, The Tulane Review, and Solstice Literary Magazine.
