kai lumumba barrow is a queer Black feminist visual and performance artist, interested in radical imagination and Black geographies. Along with her four muses: Absurdity, Sarcasm, Myth, and Merriment, she performs theory as resistance. In 2010, barrow launched Gallery of the Streets, a network of abolitionist artists, activists, and scholars who work at the nexus of public art, political education, community engagement, and movement-building.
