Full Description of workshop: This three-hour workshop that will inspire you to push your boundaries, shed your inhibitions, and get to the heart of what it is you want to express. If you are looking for a prescriptive workshop on the correct way to write then this is not for you. This intimate workshop will require participants to be fully open to the experience of their truth, and sharing their writing and/or performance to the group. Bring a piece you’d like to develop or start something new. With a focus on poetry, learn how to carry writing across mediums (music, film, page, stage) to convey different meaning and connect with audiences. Learn about the hurdles of being truthful, and how to overcome them to get your writing out there and connect with your audience.
