Team SNO Send Off + Fundraiser Showcase

Slam New Orleans hosts the members of team SNO at 7 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, at Ashé Cac (1712 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd). Their regular open mic will be followed by a showcase of poems Team SNO will be bringing to the 2017 National Poetry Slam in Denver this August.

Team SNO are the 2012 and 2013 National Poetry Slam Champions and 2016 Southernfried regional champs. Their open mic and poetry is on the 1st Sunday of every month.

The team will be fundraising to help cover their travel expenses. Donations are being taken through PayPal (slamneworleans@gmail.com).
