The public is invited to purchase tasty treats by the contenders and enjoy the fun of competing with others in a $2 a ticket cake walk – where the contending artists and professional cakes are up for grabs!

Dank Mirth

Dank Mirth is a series of colorful cartoon panel style acrylic paintings on sheets of raw burlap and double-sided 3D wooden comic-strip thought balloons suspended from the gallery’s ceiling. The title of the show refers to a particular style of gallows humor familiar to those who make their home in New Orleans. The show is Dank Mirth
