Caitlin Ezell Waugh is the recipient of Antenna’s 2025 Louisiana Solo Exhibition. Materia is a collection of glass and plant fiber sculptures inspired by community-engaged contemporary research in the field of herbal reproductive autonomy. The exhibit, companion publication, and accompanying workshops, are opportunities to connect with a curation of plants historically engaged in fertility outcomes. Waugh’s work reflects the interweave of environmentalism and reproductive justice.
Caitlin Ezell Waugh is a New Orleans based sculptor, preserver, and historical restoration artist. She explores decay, vulnerability, growth and time through the treatment of glass, found objects, light, and plant material.
