With signature cocktails, a reading from writer Maurice Carlos Ruffin, and a converstation between Akasha Rabut with Darcy Mckinon about Akasha’s project with The Caramel Curves.

Maurice Carlos Ruffin’s work has appeared in Unfathomable City: a New Orleans atlas edited by Rebecca Solnit and Rebecca Snedecker, AGNI, Kenyon Review, LitHub, and Virginia Quarterly Review. He is the winner of the Iowa Review Fiction Award, the So to Speak Journal Short Story Award and the William Faulkner Competition for Novel in Progress.
