Greetings, from Queer Mountain NOLA Episode 20 – Hot Heat

The New Movement – New Orleans will host Greetings, From Queer Mountain at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11, at 2706 St. Claude Avenue. Admission is $5. Happy hour specials begin at 6:30 p.m.

Greetings, From Queer Mountain is a monthly LGBTQ storytelling showcase started in Austin and now featured every second Friday of the month in New Orleans at The New Movement Theater.

This month’s theme is hot/heat. Storytellers Byron Broussard, Jeff D., Frederick Mead, Katherine Isheim, Marie Lane, and more will tell stories that will make you laugh, cry, ponder the meaning of life and make that drink taste even sweeter. The event is hosted by Amanda Golob.
