Tilted House Launch Party & Silent Auction

Tilted House (a young New Orleans book press run by poet Cameron Lovejoy) is launching an Indiegogo campaign in March — and we’re having a party! March 16th, 6pm, the Bywater.

We’re raising money for materials and tools to improve Tilted House’s capacity to serve the creative community in New Orleans through the small batch production of broadsides, prints, and handbound books for poets, writers, and other artists.

There will be wine, light food, music, and a silent auction to help raise a little extra money for the project.

THE SILENT AUCTION will exhibit the work of dozens of New Orleans writers, musicians, and artists — and a few out-of-towners. Come bid on some rad stuff! Albums and merch from local musicians; broadsides, books, and prints from illustrators and poets; lessons from local dancers; and many other cool, wacky things.

Come show your support! Bid on auction items, pledge on Indiegogo (a computer will be provided), meet new folks, eat and drink, or just make an appearance.
