Blood Jet Poetry Series presents Clare Welsh and Todd Cirillo

The Blood Jet Poetry Series presents Clare Welsh and Todd Cirillo at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, at BJ’s in the Bywater (4301 Burgundy).

Clare Welsh is a native of Pennsylvania. She has published poems, stories and photographs in McSweeny’s, Nailed Magazine, The Susquehanna Review, Salt, Viator, and other places in print and online. She is an active member of the New Orleans Photo Alliance, and contributes to Offbeat Magazine in New Orleans and Pressure Life Magazine in Cleveland. Her chapbook of poems and drawings, Chimeras, is available through Finishing Line Press.

Todd Cirillo is co-founder and editor of Six Ft. Swells Press. His poems have appeared in numerous national and international literary journals, and magazines. His most recent book, Burning the Evidence, was published by Epic Rites Press, 2017. Other books include: Sexy Devils (Epic Rites Press, 2012), This Troubled Heart (Lummox Press, 2010), Everybody Knows the Dice are Loaded (Rattlesnake Press, 2006), and ROXY (R.L. Crow Publications, 2003), among others. Todd currently lives in New Orleans.
